Turn in your EMD and negotiate housing inspection if necessary.

09: Conditional Approval

Make sure all your paper work is turned in, including your insurance information for your loan.

10: Finish Paperwork

Final walk through Once you are clear to close, your loan process has been completed and you are ready to go to the closing table. *See last step sheet
